The Project:

A dedicated project team, led by the Project Officer, will be responsible for coordinating every detail to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of our office operations to a new location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, stage, schedule, and execute the office relocation.
- Manage logistics for the move, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the fit-out.
- Oversee end-of-lease responsibilities for the current office, including decommissioning and compliance with lease requirements.
- Coordinate communication with employees to minimize disruption and provide updates throughout the relocation process.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience managing office relocation projects.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Knowledge of office fit-out processes and end-of-lease requirements is highly desirable.
Salary:
$80,000 + $90,000+Super (depending on experience)Details:
6-month Fixed Term Role, Immediate Start Available, The Role is to be based 5 days in the office (Toowong) with the flexibility to travel as required.Why join the Jumbo team?
