Who Are We Looking For?


We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Calgary team. In this full-time role, you will plan, build, and implement marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with our creative designer to produce high-performing PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to support client and company initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day:


  • Craft original, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, PPC, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials that adhere to digital marketing best practices
  • Strategize and deliver profitable PPC campaigns across multiple networks including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social media platforms
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy
  • Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with the marketing, lotteries, and product management teams to develop cohesive and compelling messaging strategies for campaigns and launches
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, advertising, copywriting, social media, and SEO
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate reports to measure success and suggest improvements

What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • Proven experience in PPC management (3+ years required)
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills (4+ years required)
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the intersection of paid and organic strategies
  • Ability to write for different mediums, adapting tone and style as needed
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
