This leadership role combines strategic oversight with active participation in daily financial operations. The Director will manage both internal financial operations—such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss (P&L) reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis—and customer-specific financial services related to our lottery program, including reconciliation, expenses, and draw reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess a financial designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) and have deep experience in both the corporate finance and regulatory environments, including the specific demands placed on publicly traded companies. The Director of Finance will ensure that all activities are compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
As a key contributor, you'll provide:

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations regarding financial performance, capital allocation, and future growth opportunities.
- Support the President in business planning, forecasting, and in identifying areas for cost optimization and risk management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational activities and that financial forecasts align with corporate objectives.
