What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of innovative B2B and B2C lottery software technologies in a competitive and highly regulated industry. Our products help to raise vital funds for some of the largest foundations in support of important causes within our communities.
Product Managers are involved in creating engaging, impactful lotteries that propel not-for-profit organisations to exceed their fundraising goals through creative and fun experiences.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for our B2B lottery platform, aligning product development with the company’s long-term goals and non-profit partner needs.
- Develop and manage a detailed, actionable product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure product features align with customer requirements and business strategy.
- Lead the development of business cases for new product features or innovations, justifying investment based on ROI, customer demand, and market trends.
- Serve as Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with development, design, UX/UI, QA, and the Software Development Manager.
- Ensure all products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards, and ensure all product licences are attained and up to date.
- Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, shape product direction and drive strategic growth initiatives.
We're looking for a Product Manager who:
- Degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Product Manager/Owner experience for SaaS product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software design and development practices, related applications and analytics technologies, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand and prioritise technical challenges.
- Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product decision-making.
- Business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and the importance of delivering differentiated products.
Salary:
