Who We're Looking For:
You will be an experienced IT Manager, responsible for overseeing all internal IT operations, Azure cloud architecture, and the back-end setup for our lottery systems. In this role, you will manage technical compliance with government certification bodies, ensuring all technology licenses are current and pursuing new ones as needed. Your expertise will be key to maintaining an efficient IT environment, supporting business priorities, and implementing secure, scalable solutions
Your Day To Day Will Consist Off:
- Manage internal networks, hardware, software, telecom systems, and IT support teams.
- Design, deploy, and optimize secure, scalable Azure solutions integrated with on-premise systems.
- Oversee back-end infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
- Manage relationships with certification bodies and ensure up-to-date licenses.
- Maintain high-performance networks, servers, and data centres.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot business-critical software with smooth deployment.
- Develop data policies, and ensure retention, backup, and secure sensitive information.
- Put in place cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Oversee new employee IT setups and manage vendor contracts.
What We Would Like You To Bring:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in IT management with Azure expertise.
- A background working with infrastructure, networks, and back-end systems (lottery systems preferred).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy.
- Project management, leadership, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure certifications, with a background working in regulated industries, and DevOps familiarity.
